Shipping

Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of receipt of payment, except when pre-ordering (indicated during purchase). They are shipped via BPOST with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Pre-orders are sent on the day of the official release, the estimated receipt date is indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

 

Return :

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received and with its original label. After examination, products which do not comply with these rules will be returned to you at your expense. Return packages are processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Exchange:

You can exchange your product for another size or color. It is also possible to exchange for another model at the same price.

If the product requested in exchange is not available, we will refund your order. However, the return will be at the customer’s expense to the following address: La Brique ASBL, 28 rue Augustin Delporte – 1050 Bruxelles

Refund:

The refund includes only your order and not the delivery costs. This will be done on the card used during the purchase.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, first have been your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before reimbursement is made.
